“I moved my dad from another local facility to Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center in April 2024. He was so relaxed there and had his favorite CNAs and nurses. The care he received from all staff members was fantastic. He was treated like a member of the family and enjoyed sitting outside in the front or in the courtyard. The staff’s communication with me was excellent. I highly recommend bringing your loved one here for long-term care.”
